Flyer for Fall Writing Workshop and Retreat
Project Pericles, PCCE, and the Global Learning Collaborative are launching a new series of immersive writing retreats for community-engaged faculty and administrators. The first, October 30–November 2 at the Blue Mountain Center in the Adirondacks, will focus on developing institutional narratives to advance civic engagement partnerships and impact.

Join us for the first in a new series of immersive writing workshops and retreats designed for community-engaged faculty and administrators. This inaugural session, held at the serene Blue Mountain Center in the Adirondacks, will focus on developing your institutional narrative—an essential tool for advancing partnerships, securing resources, and amplifying your campus’s civic and community engagement story.

Co-hosted by Project Pericles, Partners for Campus-Community Engagement (PCCE), and the Community-Based Global Learning Collaborative, this retreat will provide:

  • Dedicated, distraction-free writing time
  • Facilitated workshops on narrative framing and storytelling
  • Peer feedback and collaborative learning
  • Opportunities for reflection and renewal in a beautiful natural setting

Future sessions in this series will be held in NY, PA, and MA, focusing on additional topics of interest to community-engaged scholars and practitioners.

📍 Location: Blue Mountain Center, Adirondacks, NY
