Learning as Equals in the University of Washington’s Prison Book Club

This edition of Pericles in Practice, co-authored with University of Washington educator and Mini-Grantee Ann Frost, highlights an LSJ Book Club that brings students and incarcerated men together for shared reading and dialogue. Supported by a Civic Engagement Mini-Grant, the program fosters deliberative dialogue, experiential learning, and deeper understanding of the human impact of the criminal legal system.
